We believe 'marketing' is the most Omni-potent business tool available for optimal management of any organisation.

Too many people, believe 'marketing' is advertising, selling, organizing promotions and materials, or some intangible skill set that really is secondary to 'serious' business.  Others believe is is academic nonsense, inappropriate for serious adoption by commercial management.
